Day 248: High tide

Or so you might think. Except this isn’t tidal. It finally stopped raining this morning, so I went for a look around the local nature reserve. Luckily I had remembered my wellies. Normally the water is about a foot below the level of the decking here, but today it was a few inches above. It was strange to see sticklebacks swimming about where I’d normally walk.
