Day 320: Shrapnel

I have no idea what the metal spike shown here is, but I do have a pretty good idea of what it is going to cost. Mustn’t grumble too much though. As you can probably tell, this tire was due to be changed soon anyway. So I’m just grateful that it wasn’t one of the others.

Day 267: Geodesic arch

Another of my experiments in paper. It’s a great medium for tonal work. This one was taken with no additional lenses or extension, so it’s another example of the focal length not being accurately represented by the EXIF data.

Day 221: Neglected

I love to find old doors that have been left to cover up by undergrowth. You know that they can’t lead anywhere interesting, or they wouldn’t be left in that state, but you can’t help but find your imagination wandering when you look at them. Or maybe it’s just me.
